摘 要：随着中国科学技术的迅速发展和对外交流的增加,学术期刊数量越来越多,许多重要的学术期刊要求科研论文要求将作者的姓名、工作单位及其所在地翻译为英语.汉语拼音因其天然的优势成为汉语专有名词罗马化的首选.汉语拼音方案和汉语拼音正词法基本规则成为国家标准.在翻译过程中,中国学术期刊（光盘版）检索与评价数据规范应运而生.不同的规范导致人名翻译的混乱.本文选取了22种语言学CSSCI来源期刊和11种地球物理类核心期刊,以求得数据的广泛代表性,分析了这些期刊人名翻译所遵循的标准.在熟读国家标准和相关翻译理论后,发现最常用的标准正是国家标准.

With the rapid development of China 's science and technology and the increase of foreign exchanges, the number of academic journals is increasing, and many important academic journals require scientific research papers to translate the author 's name, work unit and location into English. Chinese pinyin has become the first choice for the Romanization of Chinese proper nouns because of its natural advantages. Chinese pinyin scheme and the basic rules of Chinese pinyin orthography have become national standards. In the process of translation, Chinese academic journals ( CD ) search and evaluation data norms emerge as the times require. Different norms lead to confusion in the translation of names. This paper selects 22 linguistics CSSCI source journals and 11 geophysical core journals to obtain wide representation of data, and analyzes the standards followed in the translation of names in these journals. After reading national standards and related translation theories, it is found that the most commonly used standard is national standards.
